EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

LOAD IN/OUT:
Exhibitors must load in/out during listed hours only. Exhibitors should bring a handcart/dolly if needed to deliver materials to their own tent space. Please note that credentials must be worn at all times. For load in via vehicle, vendors should display a vehicle placard while in the Finish Festival area, which will be provided in advance via email. No bags/boxes of any type are allowed into the Finish Festival after 6:30 a.m. on Sunday. Vehicles of any type will not be allowed into the Finish Festival area for load out until the roadways are cleared around 2:30 p.m.

PARKING:
Saturday: Parking will be available at Seven Presidents Park on a first-come, first-served basis, free of charge.

Sunday: Parking can be purchased in advance until sold out HERE. Parking is also available across from the Ocean Place Resort & Spa for $10 per day, per car on arrival to lot.

*All posted parking signs and any fees incurred are the responsibility of the exhibitor.

TENT LOCATION:
Life Time Fitness will assign locations based on contract requirements and the products being displayed. Final location assignments will be sent to exhibitors within the week prior to the festival.

TENT SET UP & RESTRICTIONS:
Any special tent construction must be submitted for prior approval. Subletting of space is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not use space for any other reason without prior written approval. No flyers or handouts can be distributed outside of your tent space. The Finish Festival is non-exclusive. Pop Up tents, flutter flags and additional signage are permitted, however must be properly secured with weights. Stakes of any kind and use of all generators are prohibited from the festival premises.

INCIDENTALS:
Exhibitors are responsible for any transportation of equipment, materials, etc. Please note that due to the nature of the Finish Festival venue, WIFI, ice and power are not available.

PRODUCTS & MATERIALS:
Products with the event logo, name, etc. may not be sold, displayed or distributed without prior written approval. Management reserves the right to restrict and remove any product it deems objectionable (includes products, persons, objects, conduct etc.) for health, safety or other reasons. This may include products in conflict with sponsors.

WEATHER, SAFETY & HEALTH REGULATIONS:
Please note that strong gusts of wind can occur on the shore at the finish festival. Exhibitors are responsible for securing all items and taking wind precautions. Exhibitors also agree to comply with all local, city, and state laws, ordinances, and regulations. Stakes of any kind and use of all generators are prohibited from the festival premises.

SECURITY:
Security will be provided overnight on Saturday, April 30, however, Life Time Fitness is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen property left in the Finish Festival area. Please note that due to police restrictions, bags of any type are not allowed into the festival after 6:30 a.m. on Sunday, May 1.

TRASH:
At the conclusion of the event, exhibitors must break down all boxes and place any used trash bags in a pile within their tent. Trash removal is not available during Finish Festival hours.
